Matthew Werth
Matthew is an operations manager of Burge Market Place and leads a diverse team of 300 people. Matthew brings over 25 years leadership experience in food service management. Prior to working for the University of Iowa, Matthew served as a general manager with Aramark Healthcare and worked for various upper casual restaurants including P.F. Chang’s, Cheesecake Factory, and Biaggi’s. In his tenure at Aramark, Matthew was promoted from director and to a multi-line director, and eventually to a general manager within Aramark at the UnityPoint Healthcare System in Iowa.
